CTBX aviation is extremely familiar with the FAA's Siting Process having completed official siting reports for FAA approval signatures in conjunction with participating in their laboratory simulations at the FAA Technical Center in Atlantic City, N.J.

The Safety Management System (SMS) used in this process is the safety assurance program that the FAA applies to their own facilities. The FAA believes that these same assurances should be placed on all facilities included in the National Airspace System (NAS). CTBX is also proficient in the Alternative Process offered in the FAA Siting Order.
