Since its founding, CTBXaviation has provided Programming of Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs) to numerous airports throughout the United States.  

Services have ranged from assistance with entrance into the FAA Contract Tower (FCT) Program at General Aviation airports to design programs and consultation at large Commercial Service airports.  

CTBXaviation’s ATCT Programming services have produced results in achieving FCT status and in comprehensive design programs including FAA staffed control towers at LAS, BWI, and PHL.

CTBXaviation has completed official siting reports for FAA approval signatures in conjunction with participating in their laboratory simulations at the FAA AFTIL.  We have also developed our own 3D interactive airport simulation for the siting of control towers.

The Safety Management System (SMS) used in this process is the safety assurance program that the FAA applies to their own facilities. The FAA believes that these same assurances should be placed on all facilities included in the National Airspace System (NAS). CTBX is also proficient in the Alternative Process offered in the FAA Siting Order.

Collateral siting services provided by CTBX include FAA and FCC coordination and approvals, as well as security considerations, cost estimates and space planning.

The officers of CTBXaviation have designed control towers together since 1998.  Mr. Lally -President has completed siting, design, and equipment of more than 75 control towers in the United States over the past twenty years.
